സാധാരണ സിദ്ദിഖ് ചിത്രങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും വ്യത്യസ്തമായി വമ്പൻ ആക്ഷൻ പാക്കിൽ ആണ് ചിത്രം എത്തുന്നു എന്നുള്ള സൂചനയാണ് ട്രൈലെർ നൽകുന്നത്.

It was jointly produced by S Talkies, Shaman International, Vaishaka Cynyma, and Carnival Movie Network. The film stars Mohanlal, Arbaaz Khan, Anoop Menon, Sarjano Khalid, Honey Rose, Siddique, Vishnu Unnikrishnan, Irshad, Tini Tom, Mirnaa, Satna Titus, and Gaadha. Big Brother marks the Malayalam film debut of Khan. Deepak Dev composed the music for the film.
